Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience. All products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee beginning the day your order is received (see exclusions below).
Our specific policy is as follows:
  1. All returns must be returned to Gigalife within 30 days after purchase.
  2. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Gigalife.com Customer Service and is required for all returns. Return Authorization Numbers expire 15 days after issuance. Gigalife.com reserves the right to dispose of or return to the customer any merchandise that does not have a valid Return Authorization Number or is received after 15 days from the date the RA# is issued. An RA# will be issued on qualified returns by contacting Gigalife by email at customerservice@gigalife.com or calling us at (817) 583-7603.
  3. Gigalife.com shipped order returns are processed at our warehouse.
  4. For returns not the result of a Gigalife.com error, original and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  5. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, with all components, manuals, and/or registration card(s) included. Products with accessories such as batteries, memory, etc. must be returned with those accessories in original, factory-sealed condition. Products that are returned incomplete or damaged (if accepted) will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
  6. This return policy does not apply to Special and custom Orders.
  7. Installation services are not refundable.
  8. Due to the fragile nature of televisions, projectors and video cameras please ensure original packaging is utilized – the customer is responsible for any damage caused by insufficient return packaging
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
If you paid more than $800 in cash or more than $250 by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 10 business days.
